From its entry-level Tradesman trim, the 2025 Ram 1500 is already a very capable towing machine. The 3.6L Pentastar V6 engine has 269 lb.-ft. of torque, with an additional 90 lb.-ft. of eTorque, letting it tow up to 8.100 lbs. Even that doesn’t compare to the incredible towing power of the Sport, Rebel, and Laramie trims, though. Their standard 3.0L Hurricane I6 engine can tow up to 11,560 lbs.
